Wij hebben de eer en het genoegen U de gloednieuwe CD opname van de Brusselse componist Peeter Cornet (ca 1575-1633), door Arnaud Van de Cauter, te presenteren in avant-premiere voor het Festival Voce et Organo 2018 op woensdag 22 augustus om 20.00u in de Onze-Lieve-Vrouw ter Kapellekerk hartje Brussel.
\nOnder het motto \u00ab Trionfo del Barocco \u00bb initieert het Festival Voce et Organo 2018 U in het hart van de barok met de (her)ontdekking van Peeter Cornet, organist aan het hof van Aalbrecht en Isabella.
\nIn deze nieuwe versie, vrucht van verscheidene jaren exploratie van het geniale Oeuvre van Peeter Cornet, brengt Arnaud Van de Cauter het orgel van de Sint-Ad\u00e8le & Sint-Niklaas kerk van Orp-le Grand (Belgi\u00eb) ten gehore. Dit instrument, gebouwd in 2009 door Manufactuur Thomas (B) bezit buitengewone kwaliteiten, die een \u2018renaissance\u2019 van het barokoeuvre van Peeter Cornet bewerkstelligen !<\/p>\n
